Platform Integration & Internal Tool Review
This page explains how DialPro L.L.C-FZ's internal advertising and creator-planning tooling is designed to work, who can use it, what data it is intended to process once a platform approves access, and how to reach us with review questions.
1. Company and purpose
DialPro L.L.C-FZ develops, publishes, and markets its own consumer mobile applications for iOS and Android. We use advertising and creator partnerships to promote DialPro-owned products. Our internal planning tools are available only to authorized employees and approved contractors. They are not sold, licensed, or offered to clients or the general public.
2. Intended creator-planning use case
DialPro is developing an internal planning interface for evaluating paid creator partnership and advertising opportunities for DialPro-owned mobile apps. Where a platform separately approves and enables the required access, authorized staff may search relevant creators, review aggregate channel and audience insights, compare content topics and performance signals, and prepare a human-reviewed shortlist.
3. Human control
The tool does not autonomously contact creators, publish content, create campaigns, change bids, or modify budgets. A DialPro operator reviews every shortlist and approves every outreach, campaign, and spending decision through the relevant platform workflow.
4. Authorization boundaries
Platform data is requested only through official authorization flows and only for advertising accounts and platform resources that DialPro is permitted to access. The internal workflow is not used to access unrelated advertiser accounts or to provide creator data to external clients.
5. Data categories
Once approved, the planned integration may process only the following categories:
- Creator/channel identifiers and profile URLs.
- Public or platform-provided aggregate channel metrics.
- Content topics, languages, and top-content signals.
- Aggregate audience geography and demographic ranges when provided by the platform.
- Creator partnership eligibility, commercial readiness, and platform-provided price ranges when available.
- Campaign and conversion reporting for DialPro-owned campaigns.
DialPro does not use platform creator data to identify private individuals, build consumer profiles, or sell data.

7. Access, retention, and deletion
Access is role-based and limited to personnel who need the information for DialPro's own advertising operations. Records are refreshed or deleted when no longer required, when authorization is revoked, or when platform terms require removal. Platform-specific restrictions take precedence over DialPro's internal retention schedule.
Illustrative mockups of the planned internal interface
The mockups below use fictional sample data to illustrate the planned interface. They are not screenshots of a live platform integration and contain no real creator names, prices, or audience records.
