4. Business model

DialPro's primary business is designing, building, and publishing its own consumer mobile applications under its own App Store and Google Play developer accounts, generating revenue mainly through in-app subscriptions and purchases. DialPro also offers a smaller, secondary line of managed mobile-marketing services (see Services) to a limited number of partners; those clients do not receive access to DialPro's internal creator-planning tool or platform-derived creator data.

5. Google Ads API and YouTube Creator Insights — separate approvals

Google Ads API developer-token access: if approved, access would be limited to DialPro's own advertising accounts, authorized through Google's official OAuth flow, for read-only reporting and evaluation of DialPro's own campaigns.

YouTube Creator Insights: a beta/private component requiring separate allowlisting and applicable data-license approval from Google — a working website does not imply or guarantee this approval. If enabled, the intended use is discovering and evaluating creators for paid advertising and creator-partnership opportunities for DialPro-owned apps, through an actual internal planning UI rather than a raw-data export or public database.

6. TikTok Business Developer and TikTok One Creator Marketplace API — separate approvals

TikTok Business Developer onboarding / business verification is a separate process from TikTok One account access and endpoint permissions.

TikTok One Creator Marketplace API: creator discovery would use the TikTok One account and the official authorization/access-token flow, only after approval. The intended use is internal creator discovery, comparison, invitation, and reporting for DialPro-owned app campaigns.

7. Data flow

Official platform authorizationOAuth flow, subject to platform approval
Read-only discovery / reportingScoped to approved account
Restricted internal storageRole-based access
Human reviewDialPro operator
Platform-native workflowExecuted on the platform
Aggregated evaluationOwn campaigns only

8. OAuth / authorization boundaries

  • Platform data is requested only through official authorization flows, only for accounts and resources DialPro is permitted to access.
  • The minimum OAuth scope required for the approved function is used — no permissions are requested "for later".
  • The workflow is never used to access unrelated advertiser accounts or to supply creator data to external clients.

9. Requested data categories and purpose

  • Creator/channel identifiers and profile URLs — to identify relevant partners.
  • Public or platform-provided aggregate channel metrics — to assess audience fit.
  • Content topics, languages, and top-content signals — to assess topical fit.
  • Aggregate audience geography and demographic ranges, when provided by the platform — to assess audience fit.
  • Creator partnership eligibility, commercial readiness, and platform-provided price ranges, when available — for budget planning.
  • Campaign and conversion reporting for DialPro-owned campaigns — to evaluate performance.

DialPro does not use platform creator data to identify private individuals, build consumer profiles, or sell data.

10. Access, human review, retention, and incident contact

Access is role-based and limited to personnel who need the information for DialPro's own advertising operations. The tool does not autonomously contact creators, publish content, create campaigns, change bids, or modify budgets — a DialPro operator reviews and approves every outreach, campaign, and spending decision through the relevant platform's own workflow. Records are refreshed or deleted when no longer required, when authorization is revoked, or when platform terms require removal; platform-specific restrictions take precedence over DialPro's internal retention schedule. Security and data-deletion requests: support@dialpro-llc.com.

11. Sanitized interface evidence

Illustrative, clearly labelled mockups of the planned internal interface (search criteria, creator shortlist, human review, reporting) are shown on dialpro-llc.com/platform-review/. They use fictional sample creators; no real names, photos, emails, IDs, prices, or audience records are used.

12. Explicit statements

  • No public or client access to the internal planning tool exists.
  • No automated outreach, publishing, campaign creation, bid change, or budget change occurs — every material action requires human review and approval.
  • DialPro does not claim that Google or TikTok API access has already been approved, and does not claim a partnership, certification, endorsement, or allowlist status it cannot document.
